Police said security footage captured images of a naked 21-year-old man who’s accused of throwing himself into a mini-van and charging at a second vehicle in Anaheim. The incident occurred inside the parking structure of an apartment complex about 11:30 p.m. Saturday.It was then Clarisa Vidrio, a witness, said she’d entered her vehicle and she saw the man in her rear-view mirror.
“All of a sudden on the rear-view mirror of my vehicle, I see this naked guy just running towards my neighbor’s car, which was parked right next to me,” Vidrio told CBS2’s Stacey Butler.
Police said the tape shows the man they identified as Garrett Smith of Riverside throwing himself into a van, shattering the glass.
